Heavy Duty (8″) Dual Platens Grinder/Polisher NST-MP20-2B

NST-EQ-UNIPOL-1210 grinding/polishing machine is equipped with 12″ lapping plate and can be used as a standard manual grinder, or lapping/polishing machine for both of flat sample and metallographic samples. It is the most cost effective solution for the material research lab to prepare metallographic samples and failure analysis.

NST-MP1000B can be used for lapping/polishing material samples, such as metal, crystal, glass, ceramic, refractory, rocks, PCB board and polymers, with size up to 10″ in diameter. Customer can adjust the pressing force between the 150 mm Dia. sample loading plate (top) and 250 mm Dia. polishing plate (bottom), as well as their respective rotary speed to meet the processing
