Our high & Ultrhigh vacuum components are manufactured with high precission machine and all weld joints are TIG welded, ellectrochemically polished and Helium leak tested. NST series vacuum pumps are single stage, direct driven, oil-sealed and air cooled. A rotor with three vanes is positioned inside the pump cylinder supported by two bearings. The pumps have a built-in gas ballast valve and one of the simplest and most reliable oil recirculating system. The oil is pumped into the stator from the oil reservoir for lubrication, sealing and cooling.
