III. Features

 

1, furnace body: the double water sandwich structure, the lining is 304 stainless steel, the outer wall of high quality carbon steel, furnace body is divided into two parts, a third for the side door of the furnace cover, two-thirds of the part is fixed furnace, two part adopts “0” ring vacuum seal, and water-cooling device (prevent because of the high temperature aging “0” circle), is equipped with the thermometer hole, porosity, observation hole shielding.

5, vacuum system: 2 x – 30 mechanical pump, high vacuum butterfly valve, valve and all kinds of pipe and so on, the path of the vacuum tube with filling pores and reserved hole respectively, convenient connection vacuum gauge and trachea, etc.

6. Hydraulic system: adopt electric input mode.

By hydraulic station is equipped with imported proportional valve, adjust potentiometer, pressure sensor, displacement monitor using grating ruler ranging accuracy (0.02 mm), and the hydraulic cylinder hydraulic equipment, automatic pressure regulating hand can switch, can be adjusted by manual.
